Feng Shui Analysis and Guidance - Certified by the American Institute of Feng Shui, I will help make your home feel more balanced and your life more harmonious through the ancient Chinese practice of Feng Shui (Wind & Water), a study of the natural environment and how one can achieve balance and harmony within it.

Color Consultation and Finish Selection - Most people find the process of choosing and committing to one out of thousands of colors an intimidating process. I will guide you through the process of choosing the right colors and finish to create the look you want that reflects your individuality and style.

Home Office - Another area where I've done a lot of work in is the home office. Many of us have the privilege to work from home and we want to create an efficient environment that is not only functional but also stylish. I bring my unique blend of skills with working on small spaces and organization expertise to help you create a work space that both inspires creativity and focused efficiency.

Furniture Buying Service - Design centers like the New York Design Center only sell to those in the trade of interior design or architecture. I help clients facilitate their visit to the showrooms, answer any product questions, and purchase items at the New York Design Center and access "to-the-trade" prices.

Discounts - As an interior designer I have access to wholesale prices at the New York Design Center and many other retailers, even discounts at your favorite retailers such as Pottery Barn and paint stores such as Benjamen Moore. So be sure to ask me about how you can apply discounts towards my hourly rate!

PRICING

I contribute outstanding value to my clients by helping them avoid the many pitfalls when embarking on a design project that takes up both time and money. As an interior designer, I have access to wholesale prices and even discounts at known retailers. All these savings I will help pass through to my clients.

A well designed space will not only look stunning, but also save you money because the furnishings and accessories will last longer in both quality and style. My design consultation rate is $95 an hour and I also offer flat rate affordable customized packages for larger design projects. See below for a list of suggested packages.

While all of my design principles incorporate eco-friendliness and Feng Shui, there are special packages that specifically focus just on green home consulting and Feng Shui analysis.

His, Hers, Ours - So you just moved in together and the challenge is; how do you combine furniture, accessories and design taste?! Well, I will sit down and listen to your ideas, challenges, wish list, and budget. Then, I take inventory of what you have, what the space allows, what your budget is, and devise a spatial layout and a list of items to purchase to tie the whole place together to give you a stylish space that you both love.
$350/room

The Bachelor - The questions is, what do you do with that black leather couch? You don't want to get rid of it, but you want your place to be more sophisticated and pulled together. The Bachelor package will give the you total flexibility to be as involved as you want to be in the design process. Whether you are a busy professional, just don't have the interest to be involved in the details of designing your place, or you have a few aesthetic ideas but don't have the time or interest to shop for all the details and accessories, this is the perfect package for you. The package includes: Initial meeting to discuss overall concept, wish list and budget; then I design a spatial plan and list of purchases; I will work with you from beginning to end from selecting the right furniture to shopping for the details and accessory, help you arrange all the purchases and put together the place that is uncompromisingly stunning and a stylish reflection of you.

Stylish in the City - Whether you recently moved into a new place or you just want to update the look of your home and want to keep some of your existing furniture but just don't know where to start, this is the perfect package for you. I will sit down and listen to your design ideas, review your current list items to keep, review your wish list, and budget. Then I take a look at what the space allows, what your budget is, and devise a spatial layout and present to you a list of items to purchase to tie the whole place together.

City Dweller - So you just moved into a beautiful new place and a bit lost on how to make the place reflect your aesthetics and personality and just too busy to do all the planning and shopping yourself. I will meet with you to discuss overall concept, wish list and budget; then I will design a spatial plan and list of purchases, work with you from beginning to end from selecting the right furniture to shopping for the details and accessory, and help you arrange all the purchases and put together a place that is personal and a stylish reflection of you.
$900/room

Living Green at Home - We are fortunate to live in a time when eco conscious living coincides with market availability. More and more home & garden retailers have a sizable collection of green products in addition to conventional products. If you've been wanting to make your home "green" I will sit down and understand your family's daily needs, wish list, and budget and then put together a proposed plan of a spatial layout, list of furniture/products/ textiles, non-toxic cleaning solutions, and green products for your lifestyle and the home.

In addition, as a long time alternative medicine follower and local organic eater, I can also prepare a tailored easy to follow list of everyday food and personal care products to help enhance your family's physical health and vitality.

Feng Shui - The ancient Chinese practice of Feng Shui (Wind & Water) is a study of the natural environment and how one can achieve balance and harmony within it. If you are looking to achieve a more balanced and harmonious life through the environment that you live in or work in, this is the perfect package for you. I will use a Lo-Pan compass to determine the energy characteristics of your building and its resulting effects on its occupants. Then do a series of calculations according to the basic principles of Feng Shui and devise a list of remedies for the space to help you achieve the balance of energy to help stimulate harmony and positive effects in your life.
